The estimate comes from satellite measurements, so it is a range, not a quote. The real price comes after the free assessment.
How the estimate tool works
- 01Enter your address
Start with the street address of the home you want treated.
- 02The tool measures your roof
It uses satellite data to estimate how big your roof is.
- 03You see a price range
Rejuvenation is priced by square footage, so roof size drives the range you see.
Why you get a range, not a final price
Satellite data gets the size close. It can't see everything. Tall trees can hide part of a roof, and a photo from above can't tell what the shingles need.
A few things can move the final number:
- The roof's true size and pitch
- How many stories the house has
- Whether the roof is a candidate at all
That last one matters most. Some roofs aren't a fit for rejuvenation. We find that out during the free roof assessment, and we'll tell you plainly.
A treatment usually costs around 20% of a replacement. Around Asheboro, a new roof often runs $20,000 to $25,000 or more. See the full cost breakdown.
After you see your range
If the range works for you, book the free assessment. The owner checks the roof himself and gives you a final price. If the roof isn't a candidate, you'll hear that too.

Common questions
How accurate is an instant roof estimate?
It's meant to give you a ballpark. The tool measures your roof from satellite data, but it can't see under trees or check the shingles up close. We set the final price after we look at the roof in person.
Is the online estimate a quote?
No. It's a price range to help you plan. Your actual price is set after the free assessment, and you'll know the price before any work starts. Nothing is booked until you say yes.
Does the estimate work for metal or flat roofs?
Rejuvenation is for asphalt shingle roofs only, so a range for a metal, tile, slate or flat roof won't apply. If your house is mostly shingles with a flat section, we can tell you which parts can be treated.
